Sweet -n- Sassy CrackerHouse Meatloaf

• 2 Bottles CrackerHouse Sauce (Medium or Fire)
• 2 lbs Ground Beef 
• 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs 
• 1 egg 
• 1 Tbs Garlic Salt 
• 1 Tsp black pepper
• 1 cup catsup
• 1 cup brown sugar
• Combine 1 bottle sauce and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.  Form into a meatloaf and place in a  medium sized pan.  Bake @ 350 for approximately one hour.

For the topping:  Mix other bottle of CrackerHouse Sauce, 1 cup of catsup and 1 packed cup of brown sugar and add to the top of the meatloaf the last 15 minutes of cooking.   If you only have 1 bottle of sauce available, half the recipe except for the egg. This is the best tasting, simplest meatloaf you will ever taste!
