Simple Buffalo Chicken Dip Appetizer
Debone entire rotisserie chicken and mix with ½ to 1 bottle CrackerHouse wing sauce. In another bowl, mix 1 to 2 packages cream cheese and ½ to 1 cup ranch dressing, depending on how much meat you dressed off the chicken. Spread chicken/wing sauce mixture in a baking pan and then layer the cream cheese/ranch dressing. Pour the shredded cheese on top and bake @ 350 until cheese melts and appetizer is bubbly. Serve with Scoop corn chips.
Tip: To make it easier to work with the cream cheese, let the cream cheese come to room temperature or put it in the microwave for a brief moment. Can also add diced green onions as a garnish. You can also use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. |
